1. About the Hotel
Ausma Hotel is located in the centre of Kuldīga at Kalna Street 14, in a historic and peaceful setting featuring a private green courtyard, sauna and carefully designed boutique hotel atmosphere.
Our hotel offers an aesthetic and comfortable retreat, allowing guests to slow down and experience Kuldīga in an authentic and meaningful way.
One room is adapted and accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
2. Reservations
Reservations can be made through the Ausma Hotel website, www.ausmahotel.com, or via Booking.com.
To complete a reservation, guests must select their preferred dates, number of guests and room type, provide contact information and make full prepayment. Payments can be made by bank card, online banking or bank transfer for corporate bookings (payment confirmation must be provided within 24 hours).
After completing the reservation, guests will receive a booking confirmation via email.
By making a reservation, the guest confirms that all information provided is accurate and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Cacellation and Reservation Changes
✓ Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 100% refund. ✓ Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. ✓ Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
Reservation changes may be arranged in writing with the Ausma Hotel team and are subject to availability.
4. Check-in and Check-out
✓ Check-in: from 4:00 PM ✓ Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Guests are personally welcomed at reception between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, assistance is available from the hotel restaurant team.
If you expect to arrive later, please contact us in advance at hello@ausmahotel.lv or +371 22770016 to arrange a late check-in.
A few days before arrival, guests will receive additional information regarding their stay and arrival procedures.
Guests are responsible for any room key and/or access chip provided during their stay.
In case of loss, Ausma Hotel reserves the right to charge a replacement fee corresponding to the actual replacement costs.
5. Pets
While we appreciate our four-legged friends, Ausma Hotel is currently unable to accommodate pets.
6. Quiet Enjoyment and Respect for Other Guests
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests:
✓ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. ✓ Please respect the comfort and privacy of other guests in rooms, shared spaces and the courtyard. ✓ The hotel is not intended for loud parties or disruptive celebrations.
7. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, guest rooms and terraces. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Ausma Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee for smoking in non-designated areas.
8. Safety Regulations
The following are prohibited within the hotel:
✓ Bringing or storing flammable or hazardous materials. ✓ Using devices with open flames. ✓ Damaging hotel property or equipment.
In case of an emergency, please contact emergency services by calling 112 and notify hotel staff immediately.
For the safety of our guests and protection of hotel property, video surveillance is in operation in shared indoor areas and outdoor spaces.
No video surveillance is conducted in guest rooms, bathrooms or other private areas.
9. Sauna, Terrace and Courtyard
Please use the sauna, terrace and courtyard responsibly, following all safety guidelines and respecting the peace of other guests.
A fire pit and barbecue area are available on the property and may only be used in accordance with fire safety regulations. After use, guests must ensure that all fire and embers are fully extinguished.
Children may use the sauna and fire pit area only under adult supervision.
Parents or accompanying adults are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children throughout the hotel grounds, including the sauna, terrace and fire pit area.
10. Food and Beverages
Ausma Hotel does not offer room service, including breakfast or dinner delivery to guest rooms.
A curated mini wine selection is available in guest rooms. Beverages may be purchased either before arrival or during your stay by contacting hotel staff.
The Ausma Hotel restaurant and bar is a place for leisurely breakfasts, evenings with a glass of wine and meaningful conversations. We warmly invite guests to enjoy the Ausma atmosphere beyond their room.
11. Parking
Paid parking is available on the hotel premises. Parking spaces can be reserved in advance by contacting the Ausma Hotel team. Ausma Hotel accepts no responsibility for vehicles or personal belongings left inside them. Ausma Hotel also accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left in guest rooms or elsewhere on the hotel premises.
12. Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, facilities or equipment during their stay.
Any damage or incidents must be reported to hotel staff immediately.
Ausma Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate services for guests who seriously violate these Terms & Conditions, disturb other guests or pose a risk to hotel property, staff or other visitors.
Ausma Hotel shall not be held liable for service interruptions or unavailability caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
